Sterling Grove sits west of Loop 303 in Surprise, just east of the White Tank Mountains, and the community uses ZIP code 85388. Toll Brothers is building it on 780 acres, and the plan calls for about 2,200 homes. The neighborhoods include single family collections for all ages, 55+ active adult collections and condos.
The Sterling Grove Golf and Country Club and the Sterling Grove HOA run separately. Troon manages the club, which holds the Nicklaus Design course, the clubhouse, the spa and the pools, and every homeowner belongs to it as a social member. The HOA has its own management company and looks after the community itself, including the gatehouse. We arrange gate access with you before the first visit, so our visits and your vendors' visits go smoothly.
The land was a working farm before homes went up, and tree lined streets and groves are still part of the layout. That matters on a visit, because trees and irrigation lines need attention in a way a bare desert lot does not.
