You call or send the form with your address and your dates. We talk through the house, your travel plans and anything unusual in how the house runs.
We arrive at the house, collect your keys and access details and photograph each room as it looks that day. We also settle how we and your vendors will get through the gate.
You choose once a month, twice a month or every week, and you can change it whenever your plans change. Every visit follows the same routine, in the same order.
You receive a report after each visit, and photos are included when there is something you should see. When there is a real problem, we phone you that same day.
Before We Meet
None of it needs to be perfect. We write it down together at the house.
The key you hand us is filed under a number, not a street. If it were ever lost, nothing on it would point to your house.
Our team is bonded and insured, and we can send proof to your HOA or your insurer on request.
