What We Watch
A garage door that stops short of the floor is hard to spot from the driveway. It gets tested on every visit, along with each entry door and window latch.
We confirm the air is running where you set it, run the taps, and check under the sinks and beside the water heater for moisture.
Groves and tree lined streets are part of the setting here. They also mean irrigation lines, dropped limbs and leaf litter that need a look after wind.
The Community
Sterling Grove was a working farm before Toll Brothers began building homes on it, and the groves are still part of the picture. A staffed gate, three pools, a spa and a Nicklaus Design course make it an easy place to lock the door and go. That ease depends on the house behaving while you are gone, and we cover the part nobody sees. We go inside, look over the rooms, the air and the pipes, and tell you how the house is doing.
